At The Royal Fun, we understand that timely and private delivery matters. Here’s everything you need to know about how we get your order to your door safely and swiftly.
Standard Shipping
Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $50. We believe great products shouldn’t come with hidden fees.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Most orders placed before 2 PM EST ship the same day.
Nationwide Coverage
We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Shipping from Dearborn, Michigan to ensure fast Midwest and nationwide delivery.
Discreet Packaging
Your privacy is our top priority. Every order from The Royal Fun ships in plain, unmarked packaging with no logos, product names, or identifying information on the exterior. The return address displays only our business address — nothing that reveals the contents inside.
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Most orders placed before 2:00 PM EST are processed and shipped the same business day.
- Orders placed after 2 PM EST are processed the next business day
- Weekend orders are processed the following Monday
- Holiday cutoff dates are announced via email and on our website
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all 50 United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. All orders are shipped from our facility in Dearborn, Michigan.
- We ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS
- APO/FPO addresses are supported via USPS
- Alaska & Hawaii may require an additional 2–3 business days
Shipping Confirmation
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your tracking number and a direct link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after your shipment notification.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and either reship your order or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
- Photo evidence may be required for damaged items
- Replacement shipments are sent via the same shipping method
- Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days
Order Changes & Cancellations
Need to change or cancel your order? Contact us as soon as possible. We can accommodate changes or cancellations if your order has not yet been processed and shipped.

How long does it take to receive my order?
Most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days depending on your selected shipping method and location. Orders shipped via USPS Priority Mail Express can arrive as quickly as 1–2 business days. Processing takes 1–2 business days before shipment.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping (USPS First Class Mail, 3–5 business days) on all orders totaling $50 or more. For example, ordering two boxes of our Royal Honey – 12 Packs ($25.99 each) would qualify you for free shipping.
Will my package be discreet?
Absolutely. All orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging. There are no logos, product descriptions, or any identifying information on the outside of the box or envelope. Your privacy is 100% protected.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Every order includes a tracking number sent via email once your package ships. You can also check your order status through our Tracking Status page on our website at any time.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses?
Yes, we ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO military addresses via USPS. Please note that delivery to these addresses may take slightly longer than standard residential delivery.
What happens if my package is lost or damaged?
Contact us within 7 days of your expected delivery date at hello@theroyalfun.com or call +1 (947) 270-6399. We’ll investigate with the carrier and either reship your order or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer. We stand behind every order.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, The Royal Fun ships exclusively within the United States (all 50 states including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories). We’re working on expanding our shipping options and will announce international shipping when available.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we can update the shipping address. Please contact us immediately at hello@theroyalfun.com or call +1 (947) 270-6399 with your order number and the corrected address. Once an order has shipped, the address cannot be changed.
