Starting a Return

Upon approval of your return, we will provide you with a return shipping label, along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please remember that we cannot accept items returned without a prior request for a return.

Damaged Items and Defects in Shipping

When you receive your order, we kindly request you to inspect it. We will promptly provide a return authorization to address the issue, at our expense.

Exchanges

For exchanges, reach out to us at contact@theroyalfun.com to place your new order and receive your return authorization number. Your exchange will be processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the original item was damaged or defective during shipping.

Non-Returnable Items

Refunds
